Our system can be defined in four easy steps:

• Health care professionals use one of our convenient dictation options to dictate.
• Our trained transcriptionists transcribe your dictation into professionally written reports.
• Our Quality Assurance Department proofreads the completed dictation.
• The completed file is then available in Microsoft Word or any word processing software format for you to download through one of our secure delivery options. The file is accessible at any time of the day and ready to print at your convenience.

Success Factor also offers both customized and standardized transcription templates. The choice is yours; customized templates provide familiarity and continuity for your physicians; standardized templates maximize cost efficiency and consistency.

1. Phone-In System: Toll Free or Local Phone Number:

This method provides you access to our advanced digital dictation technology with a toll-free number 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Dictators simply call our systems and enter their unique dictation ID/PIN number using a standard touch-tone telephone.

The dictator can perform the following with one command :

• Start record.
• Play the confirmation number and launch the next dictation.
• Go to the beginning of the dictation and play.
• Go to the end and stop.
• Play.
• Launch the next dictation.
• End the session and disconnect.

Our digital dictation systems are the latest and best available in the industry. This system maintains the ability to accept multiple and simultaneous dictations recorded in high quality and clear digital recordings. The dictations are available immediately to the Production Facility. Our servers reside in a controlled environment and are backed up daily for data integrity.

2. Digital hand held recorders:

This option is best suited for the customers who have a computer, an Internet connection, and who need an inexpensive and portable solution for their dictation needs. Dictation using a digital voice recorder provides flexibility to the dictator. We prefer our clients to use Olympus DS-2 digital voice recorder. However, we may recommend a different model based on exact client requirement.

We provide technical help in using the digital recorder and necessary software installation for dictation and data transfer. The dictation files are automatically delivered to the Production Facility with the file transfer utility software provided by Success Factor.

3. Website upload (Available from 2007)

4. Interface with existing system:
Success Factor has the ability and expertise to interface with your existing dictation infrastructure. We have achieved it with many of our current clients. However, we have to carefully review your system and workflow procedures before we can provide an actual road map.

The primary task will be to take the voice files and associated information generated from the current dictation system and put it on our production server. We will then decode the information and transcribe the voice files and deliver the files back via chosen mechanism.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

2. FTP Server Access.
3. Online Solution.

1. Secured E-mail:

We can send you the transcripts through E-mail address provided by you. Our e-mail server is reliable, fast, and trackable and we use secure data transfer protocols used by web browsers (HTTPS and SSL). Each delivery is sent as a secure data directly to its servers.

2. FTP Server Access:

We have our own FTP servers with full user level security so that unauthorized access is restricted. We provide individual username and passwords to our clients through which they can login to our server and receive the transcribed documents. This is a highly efficient method for data delivery because it is easy, fast, and secure.

3. Online Solution:

Our online solution offers the following features:

This option simply enables our clients to log on to our website using the assigned username and password. The transcribed files can be downloaded, reviewed or edited directly from our website.
