How can I dictate?

However you decide. Success Factor offers various options.

You have four options:

•  Dictations can be submitted over the phone via a toll free line that you can call 24/7.
•  Additionally, you can also use handheld recorders.
•  You can upload your files to our web site (Available from 2007).
•  Interface with your existing dictation infrastructure.

What is the turnaround time?

It's fast! Success Factor will work with your TAT needs. Our TAT is 24 hours; however, usually it is completed within 16 hours. We can meet virtually any TAT. Success Factor guarantees that timeliness of all work. Turnaround times are consistently monitored to ensure that turnaround standards are met. Our clients are also provided with the means of tracking their own turnaround times should they wish to do so for themselves.

What if I dictate over the weekend?
We have transcriptionists working 7 days a week. The turnaround time also applies to weekend dictations.

What if I need a stat?
Stat dictation is completed upon request in the timeliest manner. Stat job can usually be completed within two hours.

How is my transcription returned to me?
The transcription is returned in an RTF (Rich text Format) file. The standard file type can be opened using virtually any word processing program, including Microsoft Word, WordPerfect etc. The files are uploaded to the website. Using your personal assigned login and password, you can retrieve all the dictations and the transcribed document. It can also be e-mailed, loaded on FTP server, or faxed to you if you desire to do so.

What if I need another copy of a report?

All transcripts are permanently retained on our secure server for future retrieval, free-of-charge. Our clients may download the transcripts from www.transcriptionandbilling.com by using their assigned login and password information. If any further help is required, Success Factor will be more then happy to assist.

What is the set up cost?
There is no set up cost.

Do I need to pay for the digital recorder?
No. Our clients do not have to bear the cost of a digital recorder. We will reimburse you for the cost of the digital recorder.

How would I be charged?
Success Factor offers the traditional pricing options of cost per line. We count a 65-character line where a character is defined as any letter, number, or symbol necessary for the final appearance and content of a document, including spaces. Detailed statements/invoice are presented bimonthly on the 1st and 15th of each month and are due upon receipt.

What are your security standards?
All of our transcriptionists and other staff members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement when hired. All patient and client information is strictly confidential; including, but not limited to the transcription of medical documents. Success Factor is continuously working to make certain that our systems and business protocols are compliant with the HIPAA regulations.

Success Factor maintains the security of all information that comes into its possession. For security purposes, all our audio and text files are protected by 128-bit encryption. Our databases are password protected, and we provide the highest security standards possible with firewalls, redundancy for voice and text files, and consistently updated anti-virus software.
